Earthquake tremors in Delhi-NCR, neighbouring cities today Delhi Earthquake  : According to reports, the earthquake measuring 7.7 on the Richter scale hit countries including Turkmenistan, India , Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, China, Afghanistan, and Kyrgyzstan. The epicenter is believed to be 90 km from Kalafgan in Afghanistan.

Delhi NCR Earthquake: Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR when most of the people were preparing to sleep or rest after having dinner. After the tremors, restlessness increased among the people. Many people started running towards the streets and parks. This latest tremor of the earthquake was so strong that the people who were in the house, shop, market or street, must have felt it. At present people are in panic.

“People ran out of their houses and were reciting the Koran,” an AFP correspondent in Rawalpindi said, with similar reports coming from the capital Islamabad, Lahore and elsewhere in Pakistan.

A massive earthquake of 6.8 hit the Hindu Kush area in Afghanistan on Tuesday, sending tremors across Delhi, Noida and surrounding areas of the national capital. The quake was at a depth of 184 km (114 miles).

The tremors were felt for a long time. The epicenter of the earthquake is being told as Afghanistan. Its intensity has been measured at 6.6 on the Richter scale. Earthquake tremors were also felt in Pakistan, Tajikistan, China along with India. Earthquake tremors were felt at around 10.17 am. Talking to ABP News, people told that they felt the tremors for about 45 seconds.No report of loss or destruction due to the massive earthquake has been reported so far, but people rushed out of their buildings after feeling strong tremors. “Many of the residents of our building came to the common ground area. People were checking their phones constantly for any updates,” a local resident of Sector 22 in Noida told news agency ANI.
